Deposits made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Upay are credited to your 222bat account instantly in normal operating conditions. 222bat is not liable for delays caused by the payment service provider's own network or technical issues. • The player has been found to be under the age of 21;

• A regulatory or law enforcement authority has issued an instruction requiring account action.

Upon closure, any remaining real-money balance will be refunded to the player's registered payment account, subject to identity verification and the completion of any pending wagering requirements on active bonuses. Bonus balances are forfeited upon voluntary account closure.

Upon termination of an account — whether by 222bat or by the player — all rights granted to the player under these Terms cease immediately. 222bat aims to provide uninterrupted access to its platform 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. However, we do not guarantee continuous, uninterrupted, or error-free availability of the platform. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, server outages, and third-party service disruptions may cause temporary unavailability. 222bat shall not be liable to any player for losses arising from platform downtime, game interruptions, or technical failures outside our reasonable control.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 222bat shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of opportunity. 222bat reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Continued use of the 222bat platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
